MERRY CHRISTMAS!! Christmas Eve is tomorrow....this is traditionally celebrated with the Minch side of the family with everyone gathering at my parent's house. Casual dinner and then gift giving based on the name exchange....more kids than Christmas day and a bit more chaos. Christmas morning it's back over to Mom and Dad's. Typically, it's just the four of us but this year Kristabelle and Austin will be with us, as well as Jeff, Tracy and Kyle, my family from Florida. It should be good times. I'm a bit nervous about some of my gift choices but everything should work out well.
Yesterday Libbi and I went to see Twilight...and we both really liked it. It's always an experiment when you go see the movie adaptation of a book that you love; personally, I'm always afraid that they'll screw it up. Once you know the storyline and there isn't that to look forward to, you just want to make sure it's done right...and it was! After I took her home I went to the first bball game of the St. Dominic Tournament...Dad and I usually enjoy this tradition together but things are a little different this year. Today, we (Whitmore and I) are getting all of the boys together for some volleyball..I have no doubt that it'll be hilarious. Trant is back from Hawaii, Bennett from Texas, Tieber from California and so on...aside from seeing everyone again, it should be GOOD volleyball. Well...I've just remembered that my Christmas cards need to go into the mail today! Guess I better run!
